Week 3: Diet Plan

Bad weather and birthday celebrations made this possibly my worst week thus far. Unexpected snowfall made getting to the gym difficult (hence only two workouts this week, and a missed PT session), and my girlfriends 25th birthday meant lots of good food and copious amounts of cake were consumed. Time will tell if the scales punish on Week 4!
